The year closes with a special nine-course menu: a welcome sparkling, oyster and caviar service, a midnight toast with Anatolian sparkling instead of champagne, and a soup served towards morning.
The room is used for a single seating from 8:30 pm to 1:30 am. Full prepayment is required to book.
The menu includes oysters, caviar and truffle; a vegetarian alternative must be stated at booking. The midnight toast is held with the whole room; valet parking is free that night.
