1. Data controller
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Sırça Mutfak Gıda Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (address: Kemankeş Cad. No: 41/B, Karaköy / İstanbul) as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal data processed
For reservations and gift vouchers: full name, phone, email, reservation date, party size, invoice details and payment transaction records (card details are processed only by the payment institution); for the newsletter, your email address; when using the website, IP address, device and cookie data.
3. Purposes of processing
To create and confirm your reservation, to sell and deliver gift vouchers, to issue invoices, to meet your allergy and diet requests safely, to answer complaints and suggestions and, with your explicit consent, to announce campaigns and events.
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 where it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, necessary to meet a legal obligation, or based on legitimate interest; and on your explicit consent for marketing communications and cookies.
Information about allergies and health conditions is special-category personal data under KVKK Art. 6. It is processed only to prepare food safely and with your explicit consent, which you give separately in the reservation form and may withdraw at any time.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service with payment institutions, email/SMS infrastructure providers, accounting and legal advisers and competent public authorities. No data is transferred abroad unless the conditions of KVKK Art. 9 are met.
6. Retention
Reservation records are kept for 2 years from the service date, and invoice and payment records for the period required by tax legislation (10 years). Allergy information is deleted or anonymised within 30 days after the guest's visit. Marketing consent remains valid until withdrawn.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn the third parties it is transferred to, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your requests to kvkk@sircamutfak.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
