Frequently asked questions

How does the recipient choose a date?

They quote the voucher number in the reservation form or by phone; the date is chosen subject to availability and the voucher number is marked as used.

Can a voucher be refunded?

Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days under the right of withdrawal; afterwards they can only be transferred.

How is the invoice issued?

After payment an e-archive invoice is sent to your email; for a company invoice enter your tax details at the payment step.
