A producer from Elazığ, six wines and four courses.
Oenologist Hülya Demirtaş, founder of Asmalı Tepe with its 11 hectares of vineyard in Elazığ, comes to our table with six wines from her cellar, from a two-year-old Öküzgözü to a barrel-rested Boğazkere. Chef Mert Altınbaş has matched four courses and two small plates to the wines.
The night opens with a vertical tasting (the 2018, 2019 and 2020 harvests). Capacity is 24 guests.
The wines are reserve bottles brought by the producer; none of the wines on the menu appears on the regular list. The wines are offered at a discount at the end of the night.
