In the first week of the legal hunting season, a special menu served to just ten guests at the counter. Quail, partridge and wild boar courses; the chef explains which producer each animal came from and how it was aged.
The deposit for booking is 1,500 TRY per guest.
Counter seating is arranged in order of booking. Because the menu is prepared from game by licensed producers, please note that it may change according to the result of the hunt.
