The daily catch of the Aegean and Black Sea in eight courses.
The summer menu is built entirely around what comes off the boats that morning: sea bass, turbot, octopus, mussels and anchovies. Cooking times are short and sauces light and acidic; the aim is to bring out the taste of the sea, not cover it.
Who is it for?
For lovers of fish and seafood and anyone seeking a lighter tasting menu for a summer evening. Because it contains shellfish, we suggest another menu for guests with a shellfish allergy.
Service
The menu runs through the summer, with bookings opening in March. The wine pairing features sparkling and high-acidity whites.
Pairing and notes
In the pairing the sparkling Çavuş and the high-acidity Emir stand out. Courses are short and light; after eight courses you will not feel heavy. Because fish supply depends on the daily catch, the species and order may change from evening to evening.
